Series III: Kickboxing

Kickboxing blends martial arts with boxing to create a spirited cardiovascular workout. Series III utilizes kickboxing basics, yoga and dance to create a high-powered yoga fitness class. Empowerment is key here as we reinforce our presence and ability to take up space per balanced movements through various planes of motion. Dance elements compliment this athletic sequence while unveiling multiple archetypes of the divine feminine. 

Designed to help you tap into the physical manifestation of your power and presence, this sequence conditions the body through mindful movement. Although the postures and exercises are bold we move through them thoughtfully to maintain form and activate the mind, body connection.
