Join Aramis Hamer, visual artist and founder of Liberation Healing Arts for this powerful painting workshop.

In this workshop you will explore the connection between our energetic and creative bodies. Our chakras house this energetic field and we have the power to transform it. Using paints and pigments we will gain an increased awareness of our own creative power. We will learn about the chakra system and how art can remove blockages. You will be guided in an unique painting experience personalized to your holistic needs. We will use creative visualization techniques to breakdown the fear that can arise from this vulnerable process. The intention is that you leave this session feeling empowered, connected and creative.

I am a visual artist that creates large-scale acrylic paintings inspired by Mother Earth, Black Girl Magic, and more. From my background as a critical care nurse, I realized the importance of healing throughout our community. What to Bring

A journal to take notes; All painting supplies will be provided; wear comfy clothes that you don’t mind getting paint on.
