You made it to the halfway mark! Now that you're familiar with the Series III sequence it's time to attune with your body and move with awareness. Listen to your body and honor it as your partner. Flow in allowance and love as opposed to resistance and dissatisfaction.

• LOCATION: Entrance to Seattle Capoeira Center is located at the front of the Mt. Baker Art Loft building on the corner of Rainier and Forest Street.
• PARKING: FREE STREET PARKING AVAILABLE ON FOREST ST. OR PAID CITY PARKING LOT AT BACK OF BUILDING.
