All clients of Trap Vinyasa™ and visitors to www.trapvinyasa.com are subject to the following Terms & Conditions. By visitng this site and purchasing a class or any of our offerings you confirm you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by such terms and conditions.
1. Purchasing Classes & Series of Classes
Only after having purchased a class or class package online will clients be permitted to make a reservation for classes, pop ups and additional offerings. Clients may reserve a spot using the MindBody online class scheduler.
Drop-In Policy: All reservations should be made online at: www.trapvinyasa.com
Single drop-in classes are good for the date you purchase the class for. Class passes are good for the season they are purchased in and will expire after that season. Clients will be immediately charged via credit/debit card when they purchase a class or series of classes online. Clients are responsible for paying this charge. Clients are liable for any fees that Trap Vinyasa™ may incur in collecting unpaid balances, including attorney’s fees. Prices of future classes are subject to change.
2. Transfers, Refunds, and Cancellations
Transfer of classes to other persons is prohibited. Classes are not redeemable for cash. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or trading of classes is prohibited. Refunds will not be made. These terms include the following reasons: relocation of self or home; injury and/or health condition; failure to meet customer’s standards/satisfaction.
3. Conditions for Minors (under 16 years old)
Clients under 16 may not participate in Trap Vinyasa™ and workshops without written permission of a parent/guardian prior to attending class.
4. Cancellation Policy
Trap Vinyasa™ has a 24 hours cancellation policy for all classes. Clients who cancel after the early cancellation window, will be considered a late cancel and the class will be deducted from the class series. To cancel please email us at email@example.com.
Instructor Teacher Training Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your training, you have three options:
1. You can request a refund. If you cancel your registration 21 + days before your training date, you will incur a $50 USD cancellation fee. A $100 USD cancellation fee will apply for all cancellation requests received within 21 days to 14 days before your training date. 14 days before your certification you will receive your pre-training materials. Once you receive these materials a refund is no longer an option.
2. You can transfer your registration to another training. You will be responsible for any price increases. (I.E., if you signed up at an early bird rate and the new training is at a rush rate, you will be charged the difference).
3. You can place your training fees on hold and use them toward a future training within one year of your original registration date.
4. Wait List Conditions
If a class reaches maximum attendance capacity, clients can elect to be placed on the waitlist, and will not be charged until the a spot becomes available and they are added into the class.
6. Waiver and Release
Prior to purchasing and/or participating in a Trap Vinyasa™ class, the client must acknowledge that she has read, fully understood, and agreed to the following release and waiver of liability. This can be done through electronic consent by filling out the liability waiver and release form which is emailed once you purchase a class. Clients will be required to fill this out after purchasing their pass for Trap Vinyasa™class online. The terms of the waiver and release are as follows:
In filling out this liability waiver I agree that Trap Vinyasa™ and its affiliated parties (members,instructors/administrators/representatives) are in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my belongings during class. I understand that classes may be strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss, or death. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physical physician prior to participating in any yoga-fitness class. In consideration of being allowed to participate and access Trap Vinyasa™ classes and events and in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, I here by agree to assume full responsibility for any all injuries or damages which are sustained or aggravated by me in relation to the class and its facilities. I waive, release, and forever discharge Trap Vinyasa™ and it's officers, agents, members, employees, and all others from any and all responsibility, claims, rights, cause of action and/or liability from injuries or damages to my person or property resulting from my participation in and use of the classes and facilities. I understand that individuals with any chronic illnesses or disorders or any medical conditions may be at risk in participating in fitness classes and are advised not to do so. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns, or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Trap Vinyasa™ or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
IN NO EVENT WILL Trap Vinyasa™ BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR OTHER DATA ON YOUR INFORMATION HANDLING SYSTEM OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE ARE EXPRESSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ALL INFORMATION IS PROVIDED BY Trap Vinyasa™ ON AN « AS IS » BASIS ONLY. Trap Vinyasa™ PROVIDES NO REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
Trap Vinyasa™ may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions. By using this Website, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.
