Drench your body in sensual movements and soothing live instrumentals. Featuring beginner yoga postures done mainly lying down, Zen Gentle is an accessible yoga class designed to explore the traditional meditative aspects of movement and breath. Unlike traditional sound baths, Zen Gentle classes are guided by International Urban Folk Artist, Haji Basim and Culturally Expressive Yoga instructor Yoga by Biola for an immersive, Pan-African sound-healing experience.

An ideal class for slowing things down and exploring traditional aspects of meditative movement, Zen Gentle is guided by grounding breath work to awaken the healer in you. Watery movement and creative sequencing enhance the sensuality of the practice. Expect to gently stretch the body through accessible poses with little to no resistance, utilizing blocks, straps and other yoga tools. Register below.
