Join us for donation-based Strong Vinyasa yoga every Wednesday with Reese McGillie! Vinyasa means sequence or flowing sequences strung together through breath. This practice offers restorative benefits while increasing mobility.
ABOUT STRONG VINYASA
This all levels Vinyasa yoga class incorporates strengthening poses focused on physical alignment and coordinated by flowing breath exercises. The movements may take on a vigorous pace but modifications are offered to adapt poses to all levels of yoga practitioners.

ABOUT REESE
Reese has been practicing yoga regularly since 2012 and has been teaching yoga since 2016.
What to expect when practicing with Reese:
A class with Reese will typically be focused on building strength and optimal alignment to cultivate a safe practice. She incorporates the use of breath and mindfulness to create a sense of moving meditation throughout the class. Reese’s strong values around creating safe and inclusive space for all are reflected in her choice of teaching spaces and style.
Main influences:
Reese draws heavily on energetic yoga styles including Vinyasa sequencing but also enjoys incorporating slower strength building transitions and grounding poses from the Iyengar tradition.
