Series I: Introductory Sequence

The Trap Vinyasa™ Series I introductory sequence features level I yoga postures, sensual dance elements and boxing basics. The foundational series of the Trap Vinyasa™ collection, Series I is ideal for those new to the practice and offers a safe base to add movements upon.

This inspiring, heat-building sequence leverages flowing movements and breathing techniques to build self awareness and increase the heart rate for a full-body workout. Although the Trap Vinyasa™ Series I sequence is not an alignment focused yoga fitness class, it does focus on functionally fluid movement to protect the joints and strengthen muscles, safely. Basic knowledge of yoga postures encouraged but not required. All level welcome!
